Our first visit from The Wildlife Trust started with a bang!

The skies opened up just as we were all getting ready to go outside and explore.  The children were unfazed though.  Their coats were buttoned, hoods pulled up and wellies put on ready to face the elements with Di – our very own Wild Life Trust teacher.

The hunt for mini-beasts began.  The children had a list of mini-beasts to find, and our explorers did very well. Slugs, spiders, snails, wood lice, and loads of worms were caught by the children – they even found a centipede!
