This is always a really popular project with the children.  We have looked after them and watched them grow from tiny caterpillars into lovely butterflies.  There were crafts and stories to support the learning throughout - want to find out more?

The photographer was in today and it was lovely to see the children all dressed up. 

As soon as I took one picture, lots of children came to show me what they were wearing.  There was a lot of talk about favourite dresses, tops and shiny shoes!  They were all very proud and looking forward to their picture being taken.

Great to see the children so engaged with the day's activities!

We love our garden.  And we love planting.  Rhubarb, runner beans, tomatoes, potatoes, cucumbers are more!  Great fun to do and the children learn so much in the process. 

It also fits really well with our mini beasts topic this term, as there are plenty of worms, and snails to find.
